What is a Contact Reveal?

A contact reveal happens after a buyer accepts a supplier’s quotation and the supplier chooses to unlock contact. The unlock reveals contact details to both parties so they can communicate directly. If the supplier does not proceed with the unlock, no fee is charged and contact details remain hidden.

Is there any commission on deals?
No. HubGate does not take any percentage or commission from transactions.
Do buyers pay any fees?
HubGate does not charge buyers to post RFQs or accept quotations.
When do suppliers pay the AED 18 fee?
The fee is charged only if the supplier chooses to unlock contact after a buyer accepts the quotation. Contact details are revealed only after the supplier confirms and proceeds with the unlock.
Do unused HubGate Business Plan features or allocations roll over?
No. Unused plan allocations do not roll over. All included benefits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Can I cancel the Business Plan anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your HubGate Business Plan at any time. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice before your next billing cycle to ensure cancellation is processed smoothly.
